Shipping, production & stock policy :
Our operations are designed around controlled production, and quality-focused manufacturing to ensure every piece meets our standards.
1. Stock & Availability
Our collections are released in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity and avoid overproduction.
Each product has a defined production capacity. Once the available stock is sold out, the item may continue to be available as a made-to-order product, depending on remaining production capacity.
In some cases, products may appear available even after initial stock is sold out, as orders may still be accepted for production on demand. The “Add to Cart” option will remain active as long as the total producible quantity for that item has not been exceeded.
However, this availability is strictly limited and not unlimited.
Once production capacity for a specific item is reached, the product will be marked as sold out and no further orders will be accepted.
2. Made-to-Order Production
When an item is produced on a made-to-order basis, it is manufactured specifically after purchase.
Please allow up to 10–14 business days for production before shipment.

3. Shipping
Once production is completed, orders are dispatched according to the selected shipping method and destination.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and external logistics providers:
We provide worldwide express shipping. At this time all orders are shipped using ARAMEX.
- Europe: 4-6 days
- Rest of the world: 8-10 days
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external disruptions beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Additional duties and taxes may occur depending on the region in which you live. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.

4. Size Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before purchase.
We do not accept returns due to incorrect size selection.
Minor variations in measurements (1–3 cm) may occur due to production processes and fabric characteristics.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the sizing information provided.
5. Order Policy, Capacity Limits & Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or adjust any order in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or policy abuse.
In addition, as our products are subject to limited production capacity, we may also cancel or decline orders if the maximum producible quantity for a specific item has been reached or exceeded, including cases where demand surpasses available production capacity.
