Exchange & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

We will respond within 48 hours of receiving your request.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Items that have been worn, used, washed, or altered

Items without original tags or packaging

Items returned outside the 5-day window

Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
3. Exchanges & Store Credit
If your request is approved, we offer:

An exchange for the same item (subject to availability), or

Store credit equal to the item value
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly sent:

We will issue an exchange/ replacement

We will also cover reasonable shipping costs
5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
